Great news! We are growing and are looking for a Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support for our Louisville customers!

  • Help Desk Specialist

    Responsibilities:

    Answer phone calls and monitor ticket queue
    Provide first level contact and resolve customer issues
    Escalate unresolved issues to next level of support
    Follow up with customers and see problems through to resolution
    Ensure proper documentation and closure
    Local travel to customer sites as needed
    Monitor and update AV and other systems

    Skills Required:

    Basic knowledge of Active Directory, networking and multi-function printers
    Experience providing technical support in business environments
    Troubleshooting and multi-tasking
    Working knowledge of help desk and remote control software
    Windows desktop and server operating systems
    Client soft skills and communication

    This is a salaried position offering paid vacation, holidays and health insurance.
